The First Annual CEM Symposium is Coming!
Symposium Launching the new Centre for Ecosystem Management
We are excited to announce that the inaugural symposium celebrating the opening of the new Centre for Ecosystem Management (CEM) at the University of Guelph is scheduled for Wednesday, 21 June 2023. Additional details regarding invited speakers and symposium registration will be provided in the coming months. Please share the announcement attached within your network of colleagues.
The vision for CEM is to partner with resource managers to become a world leader in organizing and conducting original and synthesis science needed to understand, monitor, and manage the health and sustainability of Great Lake ecosystems. The new centre is being created through a partnership between the Great Lakes Fishery Commission, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, and the University of Guelph.
